Return & Refund policy

We take half of the responsibility for logistics problems and compensate the corresponding amount (or you can choose to resend the products of the compensation quantity). We will not compensate for special reasons, such as robbery and theft. We will compensate for product damage. If you need a refund, please contact us. The specific refund arrival time depends on the bank. We do not charge for product returns. If there is a problem, please contact us.

Shipping policy

Once the payment is completed correctly and the payment is confirmed, the logistics will be sent within 10 working days.
Currently, the regions that can be sent are the United States, Chile, Spain, Canada, and Mexico.
Other regions do not support logistics for the time being. If you have already paid, please apply for a refund (the refund will be confirmed within 5 working days). At the same time, the tariffs will be borne by us.
The minimum order quantity is 10 products (any product). Except for Mexico, Chile, and Spain, the United States and Canada will charge an additional 10USD for less than 50 pieces.
